Helsingin yliopisto toimii Helsingissä neljällä kampuksella ja 9 muulla paikkakunnalla Suomessa. KOy Biomedicum Helsingin suurimmat osakkaat ovat Helsingin yliopisto, HUS ja Helsingin kaupunki.
