Iin kunta kilpailuttaa omaan toimintaansa liittyvän palveluliikenne (Iikka) toiminnan kuljetukset tarjousasiakirjaan erikseen määrätyillä kriteereillä. Kuljetukset tulee toteuttaa eri reiteillä viitenä päivänä viikossa (ma-pe). Kesäaikana liikenne tulee toteuttaa kolmena päivänä viikossa (ti-to). Kilpailutus tähtää sopimuksen (ostoliikennesopimus) tekemiseen kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisimman tarjouksen tehneen tarjoajan kanssa palveluliikenteen hoitamisesta Iin kunnan alueella (Iikka-palveluliikenne).
