Organizarea licitatiei deschise, in urma careia se vor incheia acorduri cadru cu primii doi clasati pentru furnizarea de produse alimentare, a fost determinata de necesitatea asigurarii hranei pentru pacienti, in baza necesarului pentru anul 2027 intocmit de dieteticianul unitatii. Avand in vedere ca valoarea estimata a necesarului de alimente pentru anul 2027 (valoarea maxima: 2.135.456,72 lei, fara TVA) depaseste pragul de 698.460 lei, fara TVA (prag aplicabil in perioada 1 ianuarie 2026 – 31 decembrie 2027, conform notificarii ANAP), se va organiza licitatie deschisa online, intr-o singura…
