Předmětem VZ je pořízení a ochraňování 40 tun vepřového masa zmrazeného (dále také „maso“). Maso bude jako součást státních hmotných rezerv majetkem ČR. Předmět VZ je rozdělen dle § 35 zákona na 2 (dvě) samostatné části, a sice 1. část VZ a 2. část VZ.
