Background Tønsberg municipality has a continual need for services and materials connected to control, prevention and control of pests in the municipality ́s buildings and associated facilities. The existing agreement expires and the municipality needs to establish a new framework agreement that ensures continued safe, efficient and predictable follow-up in the agreement period.
