Riihimäen vesihuoltoliikelaitos (jäljempänä "Hankintayksikkö" tai "Tilaaja") pyytää tarjouksia puhdistamolietteen jatkokäsittely- ja loppusijoituspalvelusta sekä kuljetuspalvelusta jatkokäsittelyyn tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Riihimäen jätevedenpuhdistamolla muodostuvan mekaanisesti kuivatun mädätetyn lietteen kuljetus, käsittely ja loppusijoitus. Lietteen kuiva-ainepitoisuus on ollut 25-30 % ja kuivatun lietteen määrä on n. 3 000 tn vuodessa. Kuiva-ainepitoisuus ja lietemäärät eivät ole sitovia.
