Los jardines de la finca Raixa tienen un indudable valor artístico e histórico, tanto por su origen como por su história y valores estéticos y botánicos, y en este sentido forman parte de el entorno de protección de Bien de Interés Cultural (BIC) de las casas de la Finca Raixa. Los jardines de Can Rubert fueron declarados, en marzo de 2004, Bien de Interés Cultural (BIC) en la categoria de jardín histórico, y por tanto se considera imprescindible realitzar un mantenimento adecuado, tanto de los elementos vegetales como de las infraestructuras, como parte muy significativa de sus valores…
