Hankinnan kohteena on Jyväskylän kaupungin henkilöstöön kuuluvien esimiesten ja työyhteisöjen osaamisen kehittämisen palvelut. Hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin, sillä jakaminen ei palvelun luonteen vuoksi ole tarkoituksenmukaista eikä jaosta saada selkeää. Sen sijaan poolista tehdään melko suuri, jotta saadaan laaja-alainen asiantuntijuus turvattua. Palveluiden hankinta voidaan toteuttaa joko henkilöstöhallinnon tai työyksiköiden esimiesten hankkimana tilanteissa, joissa on havaittu kehittämistarvetta. Tuleva hankinta koskee kaikkia Jyväskylän kaupungin toimialoja ja liikelaitoksia.…
