De aanleiding voor deze opdracht is dat de warmtetransitie in Fryslân relatief langzaam op gang komt door de specifieke Friese context, waaronder kleine kernen, veel platteland, beperkte capaciteit en beperkte middelen. Van-uit deze context willen Provinsje Fryslân en de Friese Energietafel de ontwikkeling van kennis, samenwerking, pro-jectondersteuning en zichtbaarheid rondom duurzame warmte bundelen binnen één programmatische aanpak.
