Hammerfest municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, needs future orientated vehicles under 7.5h in the coming years. The contracting authority would like an agreement that shall cover the need for vehicles, as well as safeguard guidelines for reducing environmental impact. The contracting authority would like to use this competition to procure vehicles from one or several tenderers.
