Entreprisen omfatter koncessionsaftale til reklamefinansierede busstoppesteder og andet byudstyr i Horsens Kommune. Udbuddet omfatter ordregivers overladelse af retten til at etablere og drive byinventar på forskellige lokaliteter til en leverandør mod retten til reklamering på dette gennem en koncessionsaftale. Koncessionsaftalen skal løbe i 15 år. Byinventaret består af buslæskærme, informationstavler, affaldsbeholdere og andet byinventar jf. kravspecifikationen, samt en række optioner. Den udbudte opgave omfatter endvidere drift og vedligehold af det opsatte udstyr.
