Die Stadtwerke Bonn GmbH (SWB) als Auftraggeber (AG) betreibt ein Enterprise-Service-Management-System (ESM) der Firma Matrix42; bislang auf Basis von Kauflizenzen mit Wartungsvertrag. Matrix42 vertreibt die eingesetzten Softwareprodukte künftig jedoch aus-schließlich im Rahmen eines Subscriptionsmodells. Daher ist eine Lizenz-Umstellung erfor-derlich, die der AG hiermit an einen Auftragnehmer (AN) ausschreibt.
