Hankinnan kohteena on Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy:n (Heka) Haagan, Kannelmäen, Malminkartannon ja Maunulan alueiden asuintalojen huoneistojen ja yleisten tilojen korjaustyöt. Kohteita on noin 93, joissa on noin 9 600 huoneistoa. Korjaustöitä tehdään asuinhuoneistoissa sekä yhteisissä tiloissa, kuten kerhohuoneissa, ulkoiluvälinevarastoissa, kellarikäytävillä ym. tiloissa.
