Banedanmark ønsker at indgå en kontrakt med en driftsleverandør, som kan forestå den daglige, løbende drift af Banedanmarks svellefabrik beliggende Vejlbyvej 1, 7000 Fredericia og således ved brug af svellefabrikkens produktionsapparat producere og levere betonsveller i form af strækningssveller og sporskiftesveller, herunder svelletyper til særlige sporkonstruktioner såsom skinneudtræk ved broer, i forspændt beton til brug for Banedanmarks varetagelse af opgaven som jernbaneinfrastrukturforvalter.
