Vestfold public procurement cooperation (VOIS) intends to enter into a dynamic procurement scheme for digital teaching aids for the primary and secondary schools for the municipalities in Vestfold. The DPS scheme shall apply from NOK 100,000,000 excluding VAT. 100,000. The municipalities handle procurements under this value themselves.
