Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) kilpailuttaa asuintalojen hissien huoltopalvelut. Hankinta sisältää hissien vuosihuoltopalvelut, yksikköhintoihin perustuvat hissikorjaukset sekä hinnoittelemattomia tarjouksiin perustuvia korjauksia. Vuosihuollot sekä muiden hissikorjausten tulee ylläpitää laitteen turvallisuutta, toimintavarmuutta, pitkäikäisyyttä, käyttömukavuutta ja meluttomuutta sekä estää laitteen ja sen osien ja pintojen vaurioituminen.
