El contrato tiene como objeto todas las actuaciones necesarias para garantizar que la Sociedad Estatal de Infraestructuras del Transporte Terrestre, S.M.E., S.A. (SEITT) disponga de un sistema de autoprotección completo, actualizado, implantado y operativo, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la normativa de referencia en vigor, no limitándose a la mera elaboración documental. Las prestaciones incluidas en el contrato se estructuran en las fases que se describen en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas (PPT), debiendo el adjudicatario asumir una visión integral y continua del servicio.
