Udbud af rammeaftale om levering af frontruder til S-tog samt tilhørende sikkerhedsfolie og mulighed for udvikling/tilretning af ruderne, hvis nye krav eller standarder gør det nødvendigt. Behovet skyldes, at DSB ikke har haft aftale på eller indkøbt frontruder siden 2022, og at den nuværende lagerbeholdning er ved at være opbrugt. Da S-togene forventes at skulle køre frem til 2040, er aftalen nødvendig for at sikre den fortsatte togdrift.
