Hankinnan kohteena on kuulokojeiden sovitus- ja ylläpitopalvelu Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen pohjoisella osa-alueella. Palveluun sisältyy lääkinnällisenä kuntoutuksena myönnettyjen kuulokojeiden sovitus ja ylläpitopalvelu sekä muiden yksittäisten korvakappaleisiin ja kuulokojeisiin liittyvien huoltotoimenpiteiden hankinta kaudelle 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2028. Hankintaan sisältyy kaksi kertaa yhden (1 + 1) vuoden optiomahdollisuus (1.1.2029-31.12.2029 ja 1.1.2030-31.12.2030).
