Im Rahmen des Programms T/EINS wird das Terminal 1 des Flughafens München schrittweise modernisiert, um einen sicheren und leistungsfähigen Betrieb bis mindestens 2050 sicherzustellen. Da die bestehende Gepäckförderanlage während der Sanierungsmaßnahmen nur eingeschränkt verfügbar sein wird, ist zur Aufrechterhaltung des Gepäckbetriebs eine zusätzliche Gepäckinfrastruktur erforderlich.
