In de huidige situatie is het Haags Montessori Lyceum gehuisvest op twee locaties. De hoofdvestiging bevindt zich aan de Nassau Bredastraat in de wijk Benoordenhout. Daarnaast maakt de school sinds 2019 gebruik van een tijdelijke nevenvestiging aan de Neuhuyskade.
