Die Stadt Chur verfügt für ihre Verwaltungsgebäude über einen bestehenden Standard für die Beschaffung und Bewirtschaftung von Büromobiliar. Die zugrunde liegenden Vorgaben stammen aus dem Jahr 2019 und bilden die heutige Grundlage für die Möblierung der Verwaltungsstandorte. Seither haben sich sowohl die Anforderungen an moderne Arbeitsplätze als auch die Rahmenbedingungen für die öffentliche Beschaffung weiterentwickelt.
