Das Land Nordrhein-Westfalen, vertreten durch das Ministerium für Heimat, Kommunales, Bau und Digitalisierung des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen (MHKBD), möchte für die E-Verwaltungsarbeit eine E-Akte sowie das damit einhergehende Veränderungsmanagement beschaffen. Perspektivisch arbeiten im Zielzustand ca. 250 Behörden - ca. 90.000 Anwendende - produktiv mit der E-Akte.
