Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie kompletnej, wielobranżowej dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej, uzyskanie wymaganych warunków, uzgodnień, opinii, odstępstw i decyzji administracyjnych, w tym ostatecznej decyzji o pozwoleniu na budowę, a następnie sprawowanie wielobranżowego nadzoru autorskiego dla inwestycji polegającej na budowie internatu dla kadry wojskowej na 80 miejsc wraz z infrastrukturą techniczną i zagospodarowaniem terenu na działce ewidencyjnej nr 3/211, obręb 0003, Świdwin.
