Tarjouspyyntö koskee Rovaniemen kaupungin käyttöön tulevaa asiakastietojärjestelmän ja siihen liittyvien jatkuvien palveluiden hankintaa. Järjestelmä ja siihen liittyvät palvelut hankitaan lähtökohtaisesti työllisyyspalveluiden sekä Business Rovaniemen käyttöön. Sopimus on voimassa kolme (3) vuotta sen allekirjoittamisesta. Hankintaan sisältyy optio jatkaa sopimusta toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Option käyttö on tilaajan oikeus, ei velvollisuus.
