Background Elverum, Løten, Hamar and Nord-Fron municipalities need to establish a new framework agreement for art materials, toys, games and educational materials for the municipalities' activities. The objective of the procurement is to ensure a user friendly and efficient procurement system that covers the contracting authority ́s ongoing needs throughout the contract period.
