The framework agreement shall cover fire alarm systems (including alarm organisation) and emergency lighting and escape route guidance systems in connection with urgent remedial works, planned maintenance works and minor rehabilitation projects. Properties may be added to or removed from the framework agreement during the contract period. Reasons for this may include new construction, rehabilitation and demolition.
