El objeto del contrato es la realización de un servicio para llevar a cabo la recogida de la Encuesta de Condiciones de Vida en 2027. Esta operación se dirige a una muestra de unos 34.000 hogares. La recogida de datos se llevará a cabo utilizando tres métodos de forma secuencial: recogida de cuestionarios por Internet (CAWI), entrevistas telefónicas (CATI), y entrevistas personales asistidas por ordenador (CAPI).
