Deze Aanbestedingsleidraad is uitgeschreven om te voldoen aan de aanbodplicht voor de Module Arbeidsmarkt en Participatie en het Participatieverklaringstraject voor Gezins- en overige migranten die onder de Wet inburgering inburgeringsplichtig worden en woonachtig zijn in de Gemeente Den Haag. Het doel van deze module is dat de gezins- en overige migrant kennis maakt met de Nederlandse arbeidsmarkt en stappen zet die leiden tot het duurzaam verwerven van een plek op de arbeidsmarkt.
