Die Stadtkanzlei, Bereich Stab, Strategie und Recht, schreibt den Auftrag «Erklärvideos für die Abstimmungsinformationen der Stadt Zürich» im offenen Verfahren im Staatsvertragsbereich aus. Der Bereich Stab, Strategie und Recht ist für die Erstellung der Abstimmungsinformationen zu den kommunalen Abstimmungsvorlagen der Stadt Zürich verantwortlich. Dazu gehören neben der Abstimmungspublikation auch die Produktion von Erklärvideos inklusive Übersetzung in Gebärdensprache zu städtischen Abstimmungsvorlagen.
