Das Bundesarchiv beabsichtigt ein Abschluss eines Wartungsvertrages für die Gebäudeleittechnik (Desigo CC). Das Bundesarchiv (Auftraggeberin / AG) steuert und überwacht betriebswichtige Funktionen des Gebäudes mit der Gebäudeleittechnik-Software Siemens Desigo CC. Um die Verfügbarkeit der Anlage zu gewährleisten, muss diese regelmäßig nach Herstellervorgaben gewartet werden. Es ist eine uneingeschränkte Nutzung der Gebäude und technischen Anlagen (365/3665 Tage pro Jahr / 24 Stunden am Tag) mit möglichst geringfügigen Störungen und Unterbrechungen des Dienstbetriebes anzustreben.
