Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die fachgerechte Herstellung eines Gebäudes für die Technikzentrale inkl. Außenanlagen. Für das Neubaugebiet Tetendorfer Straße in Soltau wird ein Erdwärmesondenfeld inkl. kaltem Nahwärmenetz zur geothermischen Beheizung hergestellt. Hierzu gehört auch eine Technikzentrale am Rande des derzeitigen Baufeldes.
