Binnen de afdeling Meten Luchtkwaliteit (MLK) van het centrum Milieukwaliteit (MIL) van het RIVM is behoefte ontstaan aan de voortzetting van een onderhoudscontract voor airconditioninginstallaties ten behoeve van het landelijk luchtmeetnet, en de levering van nieuwe airconditioninginstallaties wanneer huidige airconditioningsinstallaties niet meer te repareren zijn.
