Das zur Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München gehörende LMU Klinikum (LMUK) zählt mit seinen beiden Münchner Standorten Campus Großhadern und Campus Innenstadt zu den führenden medizinischen Universitätsklinika in Deutschland und Europa. Das LMU Klinikum umfasst 29 Fachkliniken, zwölf Institute und sieben Abteilungen sowie 50 interdisziplinäre Zentren. Fast alle Disziplinen sind am Campus Großhadern vertreten.
