1. Przedmiotem postępowania jest zawarcie umowy ramowej na dostawy papieru kserograficznego, zwanego dalej w SWZ asortymentem. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Rozdz. XIX SWZ oraz załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do udzielenia na oferowany asortyment 12 miesięcy gwarancji i rękojmi, licząc od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru. 4.
