The Contracting Authority, Dublin City Council, intends to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement with a Integrated Design Team to deliver planning, engineering, environmental, stakeholder engagement and other specialist consultancy services for the Clontarf Flood Defence and Public Realm Project (CFDPRP).
