Das Projekt DSP – Dezentral Scharnhorststraße Pumpenhaus ist eine Infrastrukturmaßnahme zur Erweiterung und Modernisierung des Heizwerks Scharnhorststraße. Am Standort Scharnhorststraße wird eine neue Wärmeübertragerstation mit zwei Pumpengruppen, Rohrleitungssystemen sowie den erforderlichen elektro- und leittechnischen Einrichtungen in einer „Brownfield-Umgebung“ errichtet.
