Die Lieferung inklusive Aufstellung und Inbetriebnahme von sechs Reguliertransformatoren OS 110kV, US umschaltbar 10kV auf 20kV, mit einer Scheinleistung von 40MVA ONAN, respektive 50MVA ONAF. Dabei sind die OS- und US-Wicklung mit 50MVA dauerhaft belastbar. Bis 40MVA ist der Betrieb ohne aktive Lüftung vorgesehen, über 40MVA muss der Reguliertransformator automatisch die forcierte Lüftung zuschalten.
