Die Lieferantin entwickelt Frontplatten für die Fahrkartenautomaten nach Zeichnung und Vorgaben der SBB AG. Die Lieferantin fertigt, prüft und liefert diese und stellt Personal sowie Logistik für den fachgerechten Austausch an den Fahrkartenautomaten schweizweit bereit. Neben dem Austausch der Frontplatte ist auch der Ein- und Ausbau des neuen Zahlkartenterminals, sowie weiteren Komponenten nötig. Details siehe Ausschreibungsunterlagen.
