Przedmiotem niniejszego postępowania są usługi konserwacji, drobnych napraw i robót awaryjnych w branży sanitarnej: wodno-kanalizacyjnej, centralnego ogrzewania, klimatyzacji i gazowej w budynkach mieszkalnych i mieszkalno-usługowych (Zadanie nr 1, Zadanie nr 2), biurowych (Zadanie nr 1: punkt nr 11 - 13), kotłowni (Zadanie nr 2: punkt 82), świetlicy (Zadanie nr 2: punkt 44) a także sieci, instalacji i urządzeń sanitarnych na terenach przyległych do tych budynków, stanowiących własność Zamawiającego położonych we Wrocławiu.
