Incheierea unor Acorduri-Cadru de furnizare medicamente pentru pacientii internati in cadrul spitalului. Toate detaliile legate de valori si cantitati estimate se regasesc in tabelul din caietul de sarcini / Anexa 1 – Lista medicamentelor solicitate. Frecventa contractelor ce urmeaza sa fie atribuite: 24 contracte subsecvente, in functie de alocarile bugetare si necesarul sectiilor. Durata acordurilor-cadru va fi de 24 luni, perioadă ce poate fi prelungită prin act-adițional, cu acordul părților, cu maxim 12 luni, conform art. 221 alin. 1, litera a), Lg. 98/2016.
