Jönköpings kommun (Beställaren) inbjuder anbudsgivare (Leverantör) att lämna anbud avseende kallasfaltsmassa i bulk, lösvikt för temporära lagningar av vägar efter kommunens VA arbeten. Upphandlingen syftar till att ge Beställaren möjlighet att löpande avropa kallasfaltsmassa i bulk, lösvikt för att kunna snabbt laga hål, sprickor och skador i asfalt, trafikerade körbanor och gångbanor efter VA-arbeten.
