Het Rijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu is voornemens één raamovereenkomst te sluiten met één opdrachtnemer voor de levering van monstercontainers en bijbehorende logistieke dienstverlening ten behoeve van water-, grondwater- en bodemvochtmonsters op landbouwbedrijven in heel Nederland.
