Το αντικείμενο του έργου περιλαμβάνει όλες τις αναγκαίες υπηρεσίες τεχνικής υποστήριξης, λειτουργικής παρακολούθησης, συντήρησης, καθαριότητας, διαχείρισης αιτημάτων και βλαβών, τήρησης αρχείων και υποβολής αναφορών, ώστε οι χώροι του πρώην βασιλικού Κτήματος Τατοΐου που αποδίδονται στο κοινό να παραμένουν καθαροί, ασφαλείς ως προς τη λειτουργία τους, τεχνικά διαθέσιμοι και συμβατοί με τον μνημειακό και μουσειακό χαρακτήρα του Κτήματος.
