Detailed engineering, manufacturing, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of a 100 kWth circulating fluidized bed (CFB) pilot plant and an attached heat recovery steam generator (HRSG). The CFB shall be capable of combustion, gasification and other reaction modes using different feedstocks and the process gases specified in the technical documentation. The HRSG, located downstream of the CFB, shall operate as a once-through unit for steam generation and hot-gas cooling.
