Hanke esemeks on riigihanke alusdokumentides kirjeldatud tingimustele vastav sülearvutite ostmine koos lisatarvikutega. Hange on jaotatud kolmeks osaks. Pakkujal on õigus esitada pakkumus ühele, mitmele või kõigile hanke osadele. Pakkumuse esitamine ühele hanke osale ei eelda pakkumuse esitamist teistele hanke osadele.
