Die Stadt Wetter (Ruhr) realisiert die Sanierung der Gemeinschafts-grundschule Bergstraße Alt-Wetter, Bergstraße 23 in 58300 Wetter. Der Altbau der Gemeinschaftsgrundschule wurde etwa im Jahr 1900 in Massivbauweise erbaut, erstreckt sich über drei Ebenen (UG - 1. OG) und schließt mit einem Satteldach ab. Die Fassade besteht aus Bruchsteinmauerwerk. Im Untergeschoss des Gebäudes befinden sich die Heizungsanlage und diverse Lagerräume, im Erdgeschoss und im 1. Obergeschoss sind die Klassenräume zu finden.
