1. Przedmiot zamówienia są usługi: „Świadczenie usług telekomunikacyjnych w zakresie bezprzewodowej dwukierunkowej transmisji danych przez całą dobę oraz uruchomienie APNów”. 2. Celem realizacji zamówienia jest zapewnienie łączności z urządzeniami rejestrującymi wykroczenia drogowe oraz dla zapewnienia łączności mobilnej inspektorów z siecią teleinformatyczną GITD. 3.
