Background Narvik municipality needs to establish a new framework agreement for the delivery of medicine/medicines in original packages, multi-dose packed medicines/medicines and pharmacy products. Narvik municipality is the contracting authority for the competition and is carrying out the procurement in order to ensure a uniform, predictable and quality assured delivery to the municipality ́s services. The municipality provides health and care services to a broad spectrum of users and therefore needs an agreement that safeguards the requirements for delivery security, quality, traceability…
