Puolustusvoimat pyytää tarjoustanne Puolustusvoimien A-, BE-, C1-, C1E-, PVC-, CE- ja D -luokkien käsittely- ja ajokokeiden vastaanottamisesta sekä niihin liittyvien palvelutehtävien suorittamisesta. Hankinta on jaettu joukko-osastojen mukaan 12 eri osa-alueeseen. Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen yhteen, useampaan tai kaikkiin osa-alueisiin. Hankintapäätökset tehdään osa-aluekohtaisesti (joukko-osastoittain), minkä vuoksi hankinnassa voidaan valita useita eri toimittajia.
